Ten years ago, I was nowhere near the person I am today.
I was overweight, constantly tired, battling brain fog, and stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits. Life felt like a never-ending loop of fatigue, poor eating, and low motivation. Working out felt impossible, and every time I tried to “fix” my health, I gave up because it all seemed too overwhelming.​
When I moved to the U.S. from Israel, things didn’t get better — they got worse.
Between working 12–13 hours a day, six days a week, and eating whatever was convenient, I had no time or energy to figure it all out. My digestion was wrecked, my body was inflamed, and I was dealing with chronic severe asthma, something the medical world calls incurable.​
On top of that, I was addicted to food and sugar, drinking 5–8 cups of coffee a day just to keep going. I was frustrated, exhausted, and losing hope.

How It All Changed — Starting Small
Then one day, everything changed when I made a small but powerful decision — to start with just five minutes a day. That’s it. Just five minutes. It wasn’t much, but it was something I could actually stick to. Those five minutes built momentum. Little by little, I started to feel better.
A major turning point came during a trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. There, I met a vibrant couple whose story completely changed my perspective. The husband had once been diagnosed with four types of cancer and given just six weeks to live. But through fasting, clean nutrition, and natural healing, he completely restored his health. When I met him, he was thriving — cycling 30–60 miles a day! His story woke me up.
I realized that real healing was possible, even for me.

My Journey to Truth
From that moment, I became obsessed with finding the truth. I tried every diet known to man: vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, pescatarian, keto, paleo, Mediterranean, even extreme ones like fruitarian (fruit only).
I tested every detox and fasting protocol imaginable: 20- and 40-day juice fasts, 30 days on coconut water, water fasting, dry fasting — you name it! I read the books, listened to the “experts,” and studied the healthiest communities in the world. I became my own experiment.
Through years of trial and error, I discovered what actually works — and what’s just noise. I lost over 50 pounds, restored my energy, cleared my skin, eliminated brain fog, healed my digestion, and by God’s grace, fully recovered from chronic severe asthma. My cravings for junk food disappeared, and I finally felt alive again.

Faith First — God’s Blueprint for Health
But here’s the truth I learned along the way: without God, none of it lasts.
Every principle that truly works comes straight from His Word. The Bible already holds the blueprint for how we’re meant to live, eat, move, rest, and think. Once I aligned my habits with God’s original design, everything changed.

Today, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others do the same. I’ve refined what I’ve learned into a simple, powerful system that helps busy professionals rebuild their health — starting with just five minutes a day.
It’s not about extreme diets or long workouts. It’s about starting small, being consistent, and aligning your body and mind with the truth of how you were designed to live.
